Patricia D. Garcia is the President and Principal of Modern Fiduciary, Inc. She is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary with more than 25 years of experience in the trusts and estates field. Throughout her career, Ms. Garcia has worked extensively in law firm settings within the estate planning, tax, and probate disciplines, primarily assisting Trustees and Executors with trust and estate administrations. Ms. Garcia provides comprehensive professional fiduciary services, serving in the capacity of Trustee, Executor, Conservator, or Agent. She also offers consulting services in trust and estate administration, fiduciary accountings, and tax matters, as well as specialized tax services involving the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.
